The Process

  • In order to host a Workshop and Hackathon at your campus, the college or university must express an interest and request a proposal from us.
  • The dates of the events should be finalized by the mutual agreement.
    To host this event on your campus, please sign the confirmation letter with us.
  • It is the responsibility of the college or university to provide the necessary infrastructure, such as a seminar room, projector, sound system, high-speed internet, seating arrangement, lodging, and food facilities for resource persons.
  • Registration of students will be the responsibility of the college.

FAQ's

Any department of engineering can host these hackathons and workshops for their students at the college/university campus.

We charge a very minimum fee from students/college to cover our technical and management expenses. 

Fee can vary as per topics, duration and number of students,

UG/PG students are eligible to join the Hackathons and workshops.

College has to take care following requirements-

  • Registration of students
    Each student must have a laptop
  • Accommodation and food for resource persons
  • Company required 5 students and 2 faculty coordinators for management and technical support.
  • College has to provide high-speed internet
  • connectivity, power switch for laptop charging, projector, display, mic and sound systems.
  • Other requirements as per the workshop.
